A former businessman with operations throughout Canada, Dean had an encounter with the GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in 1990, which radically changed the course of his life! He was ignited with a passion to be about the Father’s business: awakening believers, both Christians, and Jews, to His heart and plan for their working TOGETHER for Israel - His land and His people.
Dean and his wife Patricia have five adult children and 13 grandchildren. Together, they are now developing Return Ministries USA in Kansas City. Their daughter Deanna is married to Israeli Chaim Malespin, who directs the operations at the Aliyah Return Center - in the Galilee.
Trevor Bye, Dean and Patti's son, had a childhood of hearing and living out the message of loving God and blessing Israel. He met Melinda, who was also raised in a loving Christian home, in May 2012, and they married in 2013 while pursuing their careers in healthcare; Trevor, as a paramedic, and Melinda, as a registered nurse. Melinda left her work outside the home in 2019 to become a full-time homeschooling mom to Alexia, Evan, Micah, and baby Theo, born in the US in November 2022. Just before the arrival of their fourth child, they heard God's call to move from Canada to Kansas City, Missouri, to work full-time in the family ministry to help establish Return Ministries USA.
Together, Trevor and Melinda bring a variety of skills and interests to the ministry. Both love people and have a home that exudes warm hospitality. Melinda also enjoys teaching, healthy living, and cooking. Trevor is a skilled videographer and editor, DIY-er and handyman, who loves to solve problems. They are devoting their time and skills to further God’s kingdom here on earth, through Return Ministries USA.

Anthony and Lisa felt God leading them to inquire of Return Ministries about a trip to
Israel in June, 2022, and accepted Dean’s invitation, “Come out to Kansas City to see what God’s doing!” Within hours of arriving and praying in the Israel Prayer Room at IHOPKC for the 1 am-4 am Shabbat Watch on the Altar of Prayer, the dreams began.
One dream after another led them to purchase a house in Kansas City that week, return to the East Coast and sell their home, cars, and motorcycles the following week, and relocate to the Heartland to serve full-time with Return all within 5 weeks’ time. Their professional backgrounds combine decades of experience in education, logistics, transportation, training and development, and construction. Both have had a life-long desire to actively serve God rather than sit on the sidelines, attend conferences, and hear about what God is doing in the Kingdom through others. They have 7 adult children and
3 grandchildren living from coast to coast and can identify with the desire of God’s heart for all of His children to be gathered together with Him at one table for all of eternity. They are delighted to serve the Jewish people through Project Return, as well as, the Body of Christ, through the establishment of the North American HQ for Return Ministries, USA. Anthony serves as the tireless Shiloh Project Coordinator, Lisa, the U.S. Communication Director and Project Return Coordinator.
