Vision: Return Ministries (RM) are partnering on a national initiative called Israel Kenya Prayer (IKP) —a movement to "Disciple a Nation in Prayer" that is "Working Together for Israel."
Mission: We stand on guard for Kenya by standing on guard for Israel. To ignite discipleship through Israel Ambassador Academy (IAA) empowering watching and praying 24/7 throughout Kenya
Objective: Seeing Prayer for Israel and Kenya be ignited throughout Kenya
“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people — for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.”
1 Timothy 2:1,2
I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the LORD, give yourselves no rest.
Isaiah 62:6
Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. “Couldn’t you men keep watch with me for one hour?” he asked Peter. “Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
Matthew 26:40,41
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
Matthew 5:9
We are mobilizing local churches across Kenya to form a Canopy of Prayer over the nation, equipping prayer teams to engage their communities, churches, and leaders through relationship, service, and intercession. Each Canopy team is discipled to pray strategically for their local community, church leadership, and national and regional leaders—covering Kenya’s institutions and those in authority with prayer, while also standing with Israel in alignment with God’s Holy Word.
At the heart of Israel Kenya Prayer (IKP) is the conviction that God’s purposes for Kenya and His covenant purposes for Israel are deeply connected. In this critical hour, we recognize the biblical mandate to bless God’s covenant people (Genesis 12:3) and the essential role of the Church in interceding for our own nation while taking our place as watchmen for Jerusalem (Isaiah 62; Romans 11; Ephesians 2).
As we lift up Kenya’s leaders in prayer (1 Timothy 2:1–2), we also join in God’s redemptive plan for Israel—praying for her return, restoration, and peace. When a church or prayer group joins IKP, they gain access to biblical teaching and educational tools designed to help believers pray with clarity, conviction, and scriptural understanding.
Equipping Kenyan believers to stand on guard for Kenya while watching and praying for Israel is central to this calling. Together, we will be better informed, trained, and grounded through Christ-centered teaching offered in partnership with the Israel Ambassador Academy (IAA). A modest cost helps sustain and expand these resources, enabling this work to grow and reach more communities.
This is an invitation to be part of a growing move of God—uniting the Church in prayer, standing with Israel, and advancing God’s Kingdom across Kenya.
