We would like to introduce you to the Return Ministries' family. These are a few of the people who make up our family and there are many others, all over Canada, who we consider family!

Dean Bye - Founder and Executive Director. View Dean's bio. Dean and wife Patti have five children. Their eldest daughter Angela participates in The Prayer Watch and works at a local senior's home; Deanna married Chaim Malespin in July 2011, heads up our tour department and is currently studying in Israel at an international college; Lannette teaches piano in the area; Trevor is at Conestoga College in Kitchener; and Sarah-Ruth is doing an online-based high school education program.

Peg Byars – One of the original team that formed Return Ministries, Peg signed on from British Columbia in 2003. She is Dean’s assistant, communications director, Project Return coordinator, and hosts guests who come to the base. 

Nathan Laity – Now heading up our graphic arts function, Nathan came from British Columbia as a intern in 2005. He is one of our talented actors in Revelation Mystery Theatre and Operation Ignite. He will lead a team to Australia in the spring of 2010, sharing God’s love for Israel, the land and the people.

Danielle Thériault – Originally from N.B., Danielle worked for many years as a health care professional in Quebec while being actively involved in the Church. She was also an advocate for Israel & the Jewish people. She was led into full time ministry in 2004, serving in Israel until she was called back to Quebec & Canada in 2006. She joined Return Ministries in November 2007 and has since helped pioneer various projects. She heads up all aspects of our ministry to the French speaking world - Opération RETOUR - including international French tours to Israel.

Alanna Frank – Originally from British Columbia, Alanna stayed on with the ministry after her year as an intern. A gifted musician, she leads our worship watches, is very involved in Revelation Mystery Theatre and helps with the accounting function of the ministry.

Robert & Monica Di Francesco – This dear couple have contributed in many ways since joining us from Dundas, ON in 2005. Robert teaches Hebrew four days a week and they are both active participants in Revelation Mystery Theatre. Monica teaches the foundations of praise, worship and dance, and creates teaching materials regarding the Feasts of the Lord.  Robert is a supply teacher in the area.

Karen Funk – This Manitoban started out as an intern with the Ministry and now heads our audio/visual team, filming in Israel and editing back at the base. The fruit of her labour can be seen daily on Daily Focus at www.landandpeople.ca.

Esther Cressman – A seasoned prayer warrior, Esther served in Africa and the Philippines for over 30 years prior to returning to her birthplace in Cambridge, ON.  She is an anchor in our prayer watches and intercedes for Israel with passion. Being on the other side of 80 has not slowed this energetic lady down one bit!

Val McDonald – Originally from New Zealand, Val served in the pastorate with her late husband in northern Alberta for many years. God called her to Return Ministries in 2005 and she spices up our lives through her kitchen ministry.
